We have coaching sessions available at 6:15am, 9:30am, 5:15pm, 6pm, 6:45pm most days as well Sunday mornings at 8:45am session. You can book in to whichever sessions suit you best each week.
WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
HOW MUCH IS THE CHALLENGE?
The challenge is £299 £129 paid in full or £21.50 per week for 6 weeks, this includes - a dedicated personal coach, body transformation program, three coaching sessions a week, nutrition support, supportive community, weekly check ins and guaranteed results.
WHEN DOES IT START?
Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the program right away.
DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY?
Nope, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the challenge.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CHALLENGE?
It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
WHAT IF I DON'T GET RESULTS?
If you follow our advice and stick to the program we absolutely guarantee that you'll get impressive results but if, for whatever reason, you do that and don't make progress we'll give you all of your money back.
