SESSION TIMES - When are the sessions?
We have coaching sessions available at 6:15am, 9:30am, 5:15pm, 6pm, 6:45pm most days as well Sunday mornings at 8:45am session.
You can book in to whichever sessions suit you best each week.
THE PRICE - How much is the Challenge?
The challenge is £299 £149, this includes - a dedicated personal coach, body transformation program, three coaching sessions a week, nutrition support, supportive community, weekly check ins and guaranteed results.
START DATE - When does it start?
Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the program right away.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - Do I have to be fit already?
Nope, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the challenge.
BECOMING A MEMBER - What happens after the Challenge?
It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
