We have coaching sessions available at 6:15am, 9:30am, 5:15pm, 6pm, 6:45pm most days as well Sunday mornings at 8:45am session.
You can book in to whichever sessions suit you best each week.
The challenge is £299 6 Week Challenge this includes - a dedicated personal coach, body transformation program, three coaching sessions a week, nutrition support, supportive community, weekly check ins and guaranteed results.
Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the program right away.
