Do I Need To Be Fit To Start?

Absolutely Not! We have members at every level, from absolute beginner to super hero fitness but everyone starts where you are, at the beginning with our 30 day trial. We’ll assess your ability & match your training programme to your current capabilities to ensure you make progress at a rate you’re comfortable with. We don’t beast out clients we build them up with structured & proven training delivered by our team of expert coaches.

Do I Have To Train At The Same Time & Day Each Week?

No, we understand how busy peoples lives are so we’ve designed our booking system around this fact. We have up to 33 training slots available each day so you have complete flexibility to train at times & on days that fit in with your life.

Can I Bring a Friend?

The more the merrier, if you want to bring a friend along you’ll get the added benefit of a free month for bringing a friend if you both stay on after your trial or if you want to share the discount you’ll get 50% off each.

What If I Need To Miss A Session?

No problem, if you can’t make one of your sessions you can move it to a time & day that suits you, we have an open booking system that means we work around your timetable.If you’re traveling or on holiday let us know & we’ll extend your trial by up to a week.

What If I Change My Mind?

No problem, if you change your mind we’ll give you a refund no questions asked. We wouldn’t want to keep anyone here that didn’t want to be here so there’s no pressure to stay if it isn’t for you.Your needs are our first priority, even if that means it doesn’t involve us.

What Happens After The Trial?

That’s completely up to you, you can join one of our membership options or if you feel Elements Fitness isn’t the right place for you there’s no commitment to stay.
